Our regulations

Below you will find all the information you need for your stay at Residence Airone. When you confirm the booking, you are agreeing to fully accept the regulations in place. You can always contact us for additional information or if you have any doubts. 

Bookings

Flexible rate (available online only!)

At the time of booking credit card details (credit card number and expire date) are requested as guarantee. The full payment of the stay will be charged 7 days before arrival. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt  of the total amount of the stay.

Smart rate 

At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of thedeposit. Balance 7 days before arrival day.

Non-refundable rate 

The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the stay due at the time of reservation.

What is included
  • First supply of bed and bathroom laundry
  • One parking place per apartment
  • Beach service (1 beach-umbrella and 2 sun-beds, per apartment, until the day before departure) - only for a minimum stay of 5 nights
  • Air-conditioning/heating
  • TV-SAT
  • Wi-Fi
  • Gas, water, electricity
  • Final cleaning 
Tourist tax
  • For stays from 01/05 until 30/09, a city tax of € 0,70 per person /night is required.
  • The local tax is applied from the age of 12 and for a maximum of 10 nights.
Cancellation policy
  • Up to 8 days before arrival:  the deposit will be converted into a voucher until September 2026.
  • From 7 to 0 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
  • No show / late arrival / early departure: the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
  • For non-refundable reservations, in case of cancellation or modifications no refund is vorseen.
Arrival
  • On the day of arrival, check-in is from 5 p.m. onwards. For an early check-in before 5 p.m., a surcharge may be applied.
  • Keys and remote controls are handed over once the stay has been paid for, a deposit of € 100 has been paid and the signed data protection consent form has been handed in.
  • The stay can be settled by credit card or in cash for amounts not exceeding the legal limits. We do not accept cheques. 
  • We ask you to report any discrepancies, faults, breakages and complaints to the reception desk, otherwise the responsibility for the shortcomings will be borne by the guest.
  • The deposit is required to guarantee the apartment and its contents as listed, and any extraordinary final cleaning required. 
  • In the event of non-arrival, the apartment will remain at your disposal until 5 p.m. on the day after the scheduled arrival date. After that, the booking will be considered cancelled without written notice.
Departures

On the day of departure, check out is by 11 a.m.

Guests must leave the accommodation tidy and free of rubbish, with the refrigerator defrosted and they must pay for any damage and/or shortcomings.

For the return of the deposit we also require guests to:

  • hand in the keys to the accommodation;
  • hand in the remote controls;
  • hand over the receipt for the deposit;
  • await the inspection of the apartment.

If the apartment cannot be inspected, the security deposit shall be retained.

Assignment
  • The apartment assigned will respect the type booked. We cannot guarantee a specific location, view or apartment number, but we always pay attention to our guests' requests and do our best to accommodate them according to our availability. 
  • Each apartment can accommodate a maximum number of guests corresponding to the total number of beds. Children are considered occupants and paying guests.
  • The apartments in Residence Airone are generally rented out to families. Groups of young people can book a stay by prior agreement with the Management and by paying a deposit of €100.00 per person.
Change of apartment

We will allocate an accommodation of the same or higher category than the one booked without further charge in the event that, due to force majeure, the booked apartment is not available.

Visits
  • Visits are permitted with the written authorisation of the management and payment of a fee at the reception desk.
  • The visitor's stay is scheduled throughout the day until 11 p.m. on the day of entry.
  • Parking spaces and the beach service are not provided for external visitors.
Hours of silence
  • We ask you to respect the hours of silence from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • In general, guests are required to be quiet and avoid making noises or sounds that might disturb the other guests. 
Parking space

One parking space per apartment is available in our garage.

Dogs
  • In order to guarantee a pleasant stay to all our guests, only one dog per apartment is allowed.
  • An extra charge of € 50,00 is forseen for sanification procedures.

Waste management

For waste management, we ask you to use the appropriate containers outside the building and to respect the separate collection for waste disposal.

Liability

The Management accepts no liability for injury to persons, damage to property, loss, theft or otherwise, and is not liable for any valuables not deposited for safekeeping.

Notes
  • If our regulations are not adhered to, the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and turn away the guests concerned without refund.
  • Any repairs will be carried out by persons authorised to enter the apartment even if the guest is not present.
